Aditya Tare, the Indian right-handed batsman, who is a part of Mumbai in the Domestic level. As part of the Indian Premier League (IPL) He is a member of his franchise, the Mumbai Indians (MI) franchise. He was unassigned in IPL Auction 2022.

Personal Life

Aditya Tare was born 7 November 1987 to a fishing family from Saphale, Maharashtra. He was the son of Prakash Tare.

On the 27th of November in 2014. Tare was married on a private ceremony. The name of his wife is Karishma Tare. She is a dancer and is engaged on the social networks platforms, specifically Instagram.

The wedding was an extremely private affair with only close family and relatives invited.

Domestic Career

Tare has played in the majority of the tournaments at an age level with his Mumbai team. He even played for the team at U-19 and U-22 levels.

Tare was named List A’s debutant in Mumbai in the year 2008. In his first game the team faced Baroda.

After a little more than a year after that, he made his first appearance in the first-class game as well. In his first cricket match his team was set to face Orissa.

At a trophy ceremony for corporate game in which he was playing in the name of IOC with Reliance. Aditya was the dominant bowler and impressed those who were Reliance owners. Then, he was enlisted to play in the 2010 IPL season by the Mumbai Indians.

In the aftermath of injuries Tare did not participate for the team in 2010/11 Ranji Trophy. However, the following year Tare came back with a bang He became the second-highest scorer of runs for Mumbai.

He also set the record for the his most wicket-keeper dismissals during the Ranji Trophy. He was a part of at least 41 dismissals.

In 2015, Aditya Tare replaced Suryakumar Yadav as Mumbai Ranji Captain. He was also captain of the team during the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

Aditya has made the T20 debut on the 20th of October 2009. The debut took place at the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

Aditya Tare was bought by Mumbai Indians before the 2010 IPL. Since then, he has not played many matches for Mumbai or any other team he has been part of.

However, Aditya Tare was part of a few winning seasons for the Mumbai Indians. Most notably, during their debut winning season, Tare was responsible for the boundary which qualified them to the play-offs.

In 2016, he was bought by the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) franchise for 25 lakhs. He played only 3 matches for them and failed to score many runs.

The next year, he was bought by the Delhi Daredevils in 2017. They too played him for only 3 matches.

In 2018, he was back into the Mumbai Indians squad for 20 lakhs. However, he has failed to play a single match for them.
